At Tater T Co, each item is made with care. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. 

If your item arrives damaged or you notice a flaw in your item, please reach out within 1 week of delivery. We’ll take a close look and do our best to find a solution.

We are happy to offer Badge Reel repair!
As these are under constant use, it's natural the string can break over time. If your reel string breaks within 6 months of purchase, please keep all parts and send them back to us for repair using a postage-paid bubble mailer. Once we receive the reel, we’ll fix it up and send it back to you.
