Welcome to Tater T Co. By accessing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Use of Our Products and Designs
All items, artwork, and designs offered by Tater T Co are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our products or artwork without written permission.

2. Order Processing and Shipping
Once an order is placed, it begins processing right away. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after purchase, so if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us right away. Shipping timelines may vary, and delays with carriers are outside our control, though we’ll always do our best to help if issues arise.

3. Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs
Tater T Co does not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. If you notice an issue or flaw, contact us within 1 week of delivery so we can assist.
We offer badge reel repair for up to 6 months after purchase. If your reel string breaks, keep all parts and return them to us for repair using a postage-paid bubble mailer.

4. Accuracy of Product Listings
We aim to display product details and colors as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on device screens or the handmade nature of certain items.

5. Limitation of Liability
Tater T Co is not responsible for damages or losses caused by misuse of our products, delayed shipments, or third-party carrier issues. Your use of our shop and products is at your own discretion and risk. Our products are handmade and delicate - please see product descriptions and care cards to maintain the proper care of your item. 

6. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Any changes will take effect once posted.
