CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All products are handmade and should be handled with care. Avoid dropping or hard impact, as pieces can shatter or break. Products may have small pieces that could pose a choking hazard. Keep all products away from young children and pets.

EPOXY TUMBLERS & SNOWGLOBES:
- Hand wash only, DO NOT soak, NO abrasives
- NOT dishwasher safe
- NOT microwave safe
- Avoid excessive heat or cold exposure to exterior

PENS & PENCILS (Refillable):
- Clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid using chemicals
- Do NOT put in mouth
- Avoid extreme heat or cold

FRESHIES:
- Do NOT consume
- Lasts up to 1 year sealed
- Hang immediately once open
- Once open, will last one month or more, heat activated
*Hint: after 1 month, Freshie can be placed back in original bag for 1 week to recharge and used for a drawer freshie

BOOKMARKS:
- If epoxied, avoid extreme heat or cold

BADGE REELS:
- Avoid extreme heat or cold
- With constant use, it's natural that the string may wear and break over time.
If your reel string breaks within 6 months of purchase, please keep all parts and return for repair with a postage-paid bubble mailer.

PICK UP & DELIVERY

We are happy to offer FREE pick up from our West Kelowna studio. Choose this option at check out and we will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up!

We offer Standard and Xpress Shipping options. Please see estimated shipping times and costs in the checkout page.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Personally curated items may have small imperfections that add to the individuality of your item. We do not accept returns, however if you are unhappy or if your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 1 week of delivery.

We are happy to offer Badge Reel Repair!
Badge Reels are under constant use, and the string may wear and break over time.
If your reel string breaks within 6 months of purchase, please keep all parts and return for repair with a postage-paid bubble mailer.
